Spaghetti Sauce, Oil free, sugar free

Ingredients
1 12-oz. can of tomato paste3 cups water (2 12-oz. can fulls)2 tablespoons minced dried onion1/2 teaspoon dehydrated garlic2 tablespoons dried parsley1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon salt(Optional: 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, 1 packet stevia)
Directions
Put tomato paste in a pot big enough to hold at least a quart. Gradually stir in the water. Add all the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 15 minutes. Makes 1 quart. Serving size is 1/4 cup.
