Carrot and Beet salad

Ingredients
2 cups grated carrot2 cups grated beets (raw); about one large beet.5 cup raisins, packed.25 cup walnut pieces4 Tbsp light mayo (or plain yogurt--to lower calories even more).25 cup lemon juice2 tsp Splenda (optional)
Directions
Grate carrots and raw beets.

Toss grated veggies with raisins, walnuts, mayo, lemon juice and Splenda.
