Chicken Shahjahani

Ingredients
1 x Chicken Breast (bone and skin removed)1/2 chopped onion 1/2 tomato sliced or chopped1tsp garlic powder1tsp ginger powder1tsp chilli powder1tsp cumin grounded1tsp salt0.5tsp tumeric powderhalf and half small container 2 tbsp of butter. 1tsp sunflower oil
Directions
This caters for 2 to 3 people

1, Heat sunflower oil in pot or pan.
2. Add chopped onion and simmer until golden.
3. Add a litlle water to keep from burning.
4. Add chopped tomatos, garlic, ginger, tumeric, cumin, salt and chilli powder.
5. Stir whilst adding one quarter glass of water. Cover and leave for 2/3 mins.
6. Add the cut chicken (3/4 inch portions) stir in the sauce. add a little water if required and leave for 7/8 mins regularly stirring and adding water if required.
7. When chicken is nearly done. add the butter and cream.
8 Keep stirring so flavours blend into chicken.
9. Continue this process until chicken is fully cooked and you can see the oils seperate from the chicken.

Remember this dish must be saucy so if required keep adding little amounts of water. Garnish, serve with nan, chapati or pitta bread.
