Crab, Philip's Blue Lump 16oz Container Hellman's Real Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp8 premium saltinesDry Mustard, 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 jumboSafflower Oil, oleic, 3 tbsp Chopped Parsley, 3 tbsp
combine wet ingredients. separately crush crackers and mix with dry ingredients. mix together with crab being careful to keep crab lumps. gently shape into patties.
fry in safflower or canola oil till brown on both sides.
