BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
Chicken Thighs (5, boneless-skinless)BBQ Sauce (6 Tbsp)Larrupin BBQ Sauce (1 Tbsp)Garlic (1/2 tsp, chopped)
Directions
* Preheat oven to 375 degrees
* In tupperware mix BBQ sauces with garlic and mix well
* Add chicken to tupperware, put lid on tupperware and shake lightly, set aside to marinade for 10 minutes
* Spray baking pan with non-stick spray
* Place chicken in pan and top with marinade sauce
* Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes
* Let sit outside oven for 3-5 minutes before serving

    Simple, easy. As did LULUCIP, I used some reasonably healthy BBQ sauces available at my local market, but the recipe calls for so little that I don't think it makes a material difference in the calorie count. - 2/15/10

    This dish was very delicious. I substituted the bbq sauces but the meat was so very tender! My family really enjoyed it, especially my 6 year old daughter who is not really into meat...this definately worked for her! - 8/20/09
