Stir Fry Rice Noodles

Ingredients
8 oz Rice noodles4 C. Hot Water1/4 C. Soy Sauce2 T. Rice Vinegar3 T. Honey1 T. Canola Oil1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil2 C. Bean Sprouts
Directions
Place Rice noodles in large bowl, add hot water, soak up to 10 minutes, until soft.

Place Remaining ingredients, except bean sprouts, in skillet on Medium High heat. Bring to simmer. Add Noodles and sprouts. Stir Fry until noodles are no longer chewy. About 10 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
