Parmesan Black Pepper Dressing

Ingredients
3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt1/4 c low fat mayonnaise3 TB white wine vinegar1/4 c Crumbled Parm1T minced shallot2 t cracked black pepper2 t minced capers1 t prepared horseradish1/2 t kosher salt
Directions
Stir together yogurt and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.





Whisk vinegar into yogurt mixture until smooth. Stir in Parmesan, shallots, pepper, capers, horseradish, and salt.



Makes 7-3 Tablespoon servings

Whisk again before drizzling dressing over salads. Refrigerate any leftover dressing in a covered container for up to 1 week.
