Arabic Chicken kabsa

Ingredients
Kabsa:# White Rice, long grain, 4 cup (remove)# Chicken stock, home-prepared, 3 cup (remove)# Butter, unsalted, .25 cup (remove)# Salt, 2 tsp (remove)# Garlic, 12 cloves (remove)# Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Chicken:# Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)# Chicken Thigh, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)# Chicken Leg, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)# Chicken Wing, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)# Pureed Tomatoes, .5 cup (remove)# *Indian Green Chillies, 50 gram(s) (remove)# Cloves, ground, 1 tsp (remove)# Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Take butter in a pan and saute one chopped onions,add pinenuts,garlic cloves chopped,salt and then add soaked rice..add chicken stock..add water..boil till water dries and cover and cook on low flame for 20 mins.

for chicken:
take butter in a pan .Add onions,add chicken,add garlic cloves chopped,add tomato puree,add green chillies slit cut nd cloves and cinnamon ,cardamom whole and stir well till chicken is cooked.Add some water if required.Serve with Kabsa rice
