Creamy Corn Muffins

Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix2 eggs1/4 cup vegetable oil12 oz. can of creamed corn1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into greased (or lined) muffin pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 22-28 minutes, until light golden brown.
Cool before eating.
Makes 18 muffins.
