Yellow Rice

Ingredients
4 T butter, unsalted1/4 cup onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 1/2 cup basmati rice, uncooked2 cups chicken broth1/2 cup water1/2 tsp turmeric or 1 vial saffron1 tsp salt 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan and saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add rice and saute for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
