Ingredients
3-4 Bell Peppers1 Large Onion3 Veggie Chicken Breasts cut into pieces1 Small can pineapple chunks (in juice)2 Cups Frozen peas & carrots1 Jar Sweet & Sour Sauce1/2 Cup Uncooked rice
Directions
Make Rice According to instructions on box.
Cut up the peppers & onions, and put them in a pan, as well as the pineapple bits (with juice) and chik'n. Cook until tender, add the sweet & sour sauce, as well as the peas & carrots. Mix with rice and serve.
