Chocolate Eclair Cake

2 3.4-oz pkg Jell-o instant pudding mix3 C skim milk1 8-oz tub light whipped topping1 box honey graham crackers1/2 C cocoa powder1 C granulated sugar1/3 C skim milk2 t vanilla extract2 t light corn syrup
Stir milk into pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping. Put layer of graham crackers on bottom of 13 x 9 dish. Pour half of pudding mix on top. Add layer of crackers and top with remaining pudding mix. Cover with 3d layer of crackers. Refrigerate while making topping.
Mix cocoa and sugar in saucepan, and add milk. Bring to boil slowly, cook 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and corn syrup. Mix well. Let cool. Pour over crackers and smooth out. Refrigerate 24 hours.
Makes 12 3-in. squares.
