Maple/Pecan Icecream

Ingredients
2c Soymilk1/4 c dates - steamed (1/2 c Dates cooked with 1/2 water)1 t. Maple Flavoring2 T. Pecans
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until silky smooth

FREEZE approx 1 hr.......
Stir occasionally to make a nice icecream....


OR


Freeze in ice cube tray and then pop into food processor to CREAMATE .....
