3/4 cup- Oil1/2 cup- All Purpose Flour22oz- Water14.5oz can- Peeled Crushed Tomatoes
Coat pan with about 3/4 cup oil and heat on med-high heat until very hot. Add 1/2 cup flour, stirring constantly until smooth and deep golden brown color. Add can of tomatoes, and water, lowering heat and stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Turn off heat and allow to sit. Makes about 10 -1/2 cup servings (give or take)
