Honey Maple Grilled Pork Chops

6, 4 oz lean pork chops1/4 C maple syrup1/4 C honey1/4 t gingersalt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Combine maple syrup, honey and ginger. Place chops on grill and baste with glaze. Turn chops half-way through cooking and glaze again. Continue to baste with glaze as often as you check the meat until chops are no longer pink.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with fresh, grilled corn on the cob for a summery treat or with roasted acorn squash for a nice fall meal.
