Vegetarian Baked Beans

Ingredients
1 lb bag great northern beans, soaked overnight and drained1 medium onion, chopped1/2 cup molasses1/4 cup brown sugar1 tsp dry mustard2 tsp red wine vinegar2 cups diced tomatoes1 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in 3-quart crock pot and stir. Add two cups of water and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cook in crockpot on high 4-6 hours, or until beans are soft, stirring occasionally.

    this is a real winner right here! i don't have a crock pot, so i slow cooked on the stove overnight. the ingredients didn't look so yummy when i first put them in... but they cooked up real good! amazing. - 1/1/11
