Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 1 lb (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup (remove)sliced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Au Jus Gravy, 1 can (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)Cornstarch, 28 grams (remove) (1 tbsp)Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
1. slice the beef on slices
'2. heat the skillet add 1 tbsp add the meat and cook until is brown
3. take out the meat and add 1 tbsp oil add veggies and cooked until they are ardente
4. mix the gravy, soysauce and corn starch in a bowl.
5. Add the meat to the skillet and add the gravy mix.
6. cook for couple min. until it creates a sauce consistency
