black beans and rice

Ingredients
brown rice with black beans.....fresh diced tomatoes, jalapeno's, chopped onion, cilantro.....and cumin to taste....squeeze lemon or lime juice for added zip. I either eat it for a whole meal, or a small scoop as a side with tacos.
Directions
cook rice as directed throw in rinsed black beans....heat ( i make alot so i usually have my tomatoes seperate). toss around with maters, jalapenos, and seasonings. Yummy
