Tracy's Easy Kung Pow sauce

Ingredients
1 cup organic ketchup2 tbsp organic peanut butter1/4 cup lite soy sauce1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup grated onion1 tbsp ginger root (fine ground)2 tsp or 2 cloves minced garlic 1-3 tsp Red chili flakes1-3 tsp fresh cilantro
Directions
In a heavy bottum sauce pan spray with pam. Warm to med-high heat and add onion, garlic, ginger root. Saute' till onions are translucent. Then add brown sugar, let incorporate into onion mix. Then add ketchup, soy sauce, and peanut butter. Use a whisk to mix together thurougly. When all is combined add your chili flakes and cilantro to your tastes!

Serve over brown rice!

This recipe goes great on Seiten, Tofu, or Chicken :) Feel free to add chopped peanuts at the end!
