Easy Breakfasts-Sausage Egg Casserole (305 cal)

1 lb. sausage (mild, hot, or Italian)6 slices bread, crusts removed1/4 cup butter1 lb. Velveeta (or 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese)6 eggs1/4 tsp salt1 tsp mustard powder2 cups milk
Grease a 11 x 9 baking dish. Place bread in bottom.
Lightly brown sausage; drain and set aside.
Melt cheese and butter in a saucepan (or microwave) on low heat. Pour on top of bread; crumble sausage on top of cheese mixture.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, and mustard powder. Pour on top, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight
Next day: Remove foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Makes 12 servings.

2 recipes makes a 10 x 15 batch
