Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
12 oz round steakFajita seasoning2 medium red onions4 La Tortilla Factory tortillas4 Tbsp sour cream2 tsp olive oil1 medium green pepper cut into strips
Directions
Season and grill steak until medium (still pink in the center). Slice onions, season and cook in olive oil just until they are crisp tender. Slice the beef thinly when cooked. Place 3 oz beef, onions and sour cream in a tortilla. Wrap and eat

    very quick & easy to prepare.... added more peppers, onions, & salsa,,, eliminated oil only but came out wonderful,,, even the picky eaters loved this - 2/22/09
