Extra Calcium Strawberry Smoothie

1 c. nonfat plain yogurt1/2 c. skim milk1/4 c. powdered nonfat milk2 T. sugar2 c. frozen strawberries
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. To thicken, add more fruit. To thin, add a little more milk or a splash of juice.
