Black bean chili

Ingredients
One can Rosa Rita whole black beans (15 oz)6oz lean ground beefOne clove garlic1/3 cup white or yellow onion, chopped1/3 cup canned (or fresh if you have it) corn1 T. extra-virgin Olive OilSpices/tabasco to taste
Directions
Makes 4 one-cup servings. Cook chopped onions and garlic together on low/medium heat in the olive oil for five minutes in a frying pan. In a separate pan start the beans with any spices/tabasco etc. When the onions are beginning to wilt add the meat and stir to break up. After five minutes add the meat and onions to the beans and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with tortillas, rice or solo.
