Easy pea soup

Ingredients
4 Cups of frozen peastsp of garlic pureemedium sized onion choppedVegatable oxo cube dissolve in 600ml of hot water1/2 tsp of salt or more to tastepinch of black pepperTbspn of olive oil
Directions
Serves 6

Cook the peas in a pan. At the same time saute the onions and galic in the olive oil till they are clear. When the peas are cooked drain them and add them to the oinons. Add the stock and bring to the boil. Once boiling remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once cooles blend with a hand blender until you get you desired thickness. Add more water if you want a thinner soup.
For something different add smoked bacon pieces
