Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
1 stick margarine½ cup vegetable oil1 ¾ cups sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon4 tablespoons Cocoa½ cup buttermilk2 ½ cups flour1 tsp baking soda½ tsp baking powder2 cups grated zucchini½ cups nuts½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Size of pan: 9” X 13”
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Oven Temp: 325-350 degrees

Grease 9”X13” pan. Put ½ of nuts and chocolate chips on bottom of pan. Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, vanilla and oil. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk. Stir in zucchini. Pour into pan. Put remaining nuts and chips on top of cake. Bake in a 325-350 degree oven for 45 minutes. - NI is for 24 servings with no nuts.

You could use low fat versions of the ingredients and make it even less.
