Fruit -Nut Clusters on the Double-quick

Ingredients
3 1-ounce squares of semi-sweet baker's chocolate3 2-ounce squares of vanilla bark coating2 c. fruit & nut trail mix, with large pieces of dried fruit snipped into smaller bits
Directions
1. Break up vanilla bark and baker's choclate into a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes (until melted)
3. Stir-in trail mix until well-combined.
4. Drop onto greased cookie sheet or wax paper by the tablespoon.
5. Refrigerate for 30-35 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for as long as you can resist them!

Makes 15 generous clusters. 1 goes a looong way to satisfy the chocolate craving!
