1 wheat tortilla2 tbl low fat cheese2 tbl salsa2 tble fat free refried beans or black beans2 tbl low fat sour cream
-heat large skillet with pam spray
-place flour tortilla in heated pan
-add all ingredients except sour cream to half of the tortilla
-fold the tortilla in half
-cook until cheese is melted and tortilla is cooked to your liking 2 to 5 minutes
-serve hot with sour cream
*you can add different ingrdients as you like: fresh cilantro, halopenos, corn, leave the beans off and add one tbl meat....
