Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Peanut Butter; splenda; chocolate chips; egg; baking soda; salt
Directions
Lightly beat egg and add in the rest of the ingredients. Please note that 48 tsp of Splenda is really 3/4 Cups.

Pre heat Oven to 350 while chilling dough for up to 1 hour
Roll dough into one inch balls
Place on ungreased cookie sheet
Cook until golden brown
Cool completely before eating
