1 lb ground beef (93% lean)2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes1 small can beef brother (or approx. 1 1/2 cups prepared from bouillon cubes)2 pkgs chili seasoning mix1 lg onion, chopped (or 1 10-oz bag frozen chopped onions)1-2 cups zucchini, chopped1-2 cups yellow squash2 cups celery, chopped2 cups carrots, chopped1 30.5-oz can Brooks chili hot beans
Brown the beef and drain off fat.
Combine all the ingredients in a large stock pot and cook for 3+ hours, until the vegetable are tender and tastes well-blended.
