Ingredients
2 lbs. cubed stew meat2/4 c. all-purpose flour or Red Mill Rice flour (for those with corn allergies-you will not notice a difference)2 tbs. paprikaSalt & Pepper to taste4 c. beef broth2 tbs. terriyaki sauce1 onion chopped (I ususally use white onion)3 carrots sliced or about 14 baby carrots sliced3 celery stalks sliced3 potatoes peeled and cubed2 tbs. minced garlic (from jar)2 bay leaves*Bag of egg noodles to serve over-optional
Directions
This recipe is doubled to accomodate a larger family or to have left-overs. You can always cut the ingredients in half to make a smaller amount.

Place beef stew meat into slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together flour, paprika, salt and pepper-sprinkle mixture over the meat and stir to coat.

Next, stir in beef broth, terriyaki sauce, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic and bay leaves.

Cover slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6hrs. I do not open mine to stir so as not to disrupt the internal cooking temp.

Serve over egg noodles if desired (don't forget to add in the calorie count)

ENJOY!!!
