Oyster Sauce Beef and Snow Pea Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs beef, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1/4 cup oyster sauce 1 tablespoon oil 2 garlic clove, minced 1 medium onion, thinly sliced2 cup snow peas black pepper to taste
Directions
Combine beef, cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of the oil; marinate for 20 minutes.
In a wok or skillet, heat remaining oil and brown garlic. Add meat and onion; stir-fry 3 minutes or to desired doneness of meat. Add peas and cook 1 more minute.

Serve over rice or noodles.

Makes 4 generous portions.
