Introduction

A great pepper steak recipe to cook in the crockpot A great pepper steak recipe to cook in the crockpot
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb round steak, sliced thin


    3 Tbs. soy sauce


    1/2 tsp. ground ginger


    1 garlic clove, minced


    1 green pepper, thinly sliced


    4 oz can mushrooms or 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms


    1 onion, thinly sliced


    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper


    2 cups hot cooked rice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Serve over rice. For a twist, serve as as steak sandwich topped with provolone cheese.
