To reduce sodium I used only 1/2 the seasoning packet for the Rice-a-roni, and rinsed the canned chicken thoroughly. I also only used 2 tbsp butter instead of 3 when preparing the Rice-a-roni. **NOTE** nutritional values for the Rice-a-roni include the 2 tbsp butter...

My late mother -in-law gave me this recipe. It's quick, and I usually have everything on hand.
Quick and easy to make! This feeds my family of 3 with plenty left over for lunch. I usually top off with some hot sauce for a kick. Enjoy!
