Ingredients

    1 package Rice a Roni, Fried Rice, prepared as per package
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 carrot, shredded
    2 cups peas and carrots, frozen
    4 ounce pork tenderloin, diced

Directions

Prepare Rice a Roni as package directs.

Heat oil in skillet, add onion and shredded carrot. When vegetables are tender, add pork and cook until done. Add peas and carrots. Heat until hot.

Add prepared Rice a Roni and stir until well mixed.

Makes about 6 cups.
