So good and creamy! (Even if it does look a little 'plain' or 'brown' in the pic, LOL!) I don't know if it's outright 'healthy', but it's 'healthier'. ;-) [Created 2007-09-21.]

A creamy, buttery tasting, garlicky pasta, with hearty chunks of chicken, mushooms, garlic and onions, kissed with itallian herbs and spices.

Taste is awesome. High Fiber - High Protein. Unique blend of no fat Hot Dog chili and low fat Cream of Mushroom Soup make an amazing sauce for the Chicken Breast, Cauliflower and Pasta.

I found this recipe online-it looked delicious but I wanted to lighten it up a bit while still keeping the rich and creamy flavor. You could easily leave out the chicken for a lovely vegetarian meal.

This was an experiment and while it doesn't look the greatest, it was fantastic!

This is a delicious dinner that is quite easy and quick to make! It just looks like it takes a long time!!

Adapted from a Kraftfoods.com recipe to add more broccoli, broth and mozzarella cheese, and eliminate the grated Parmesan cheese.

A hearty meal full of protein and fiber. You can make this lighter by decreasing the amount of cheese you use. You can also leave out the chicken for a yummy vegetarian option.

Yummy! Add other vegetables if you like (not included in the nutritional info) to make this a more hearty meal

This is really great when you want a low fat, low cal pasta fix, sure you can use other ingredients if sidekicks aren't your game but it tastes great!
