Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box Cream Cheese
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    2 dash Black Pepper
    1 tsp Basil
    3 dash Salt
    1.5 TBSP Olive Oil
    1.25 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    2 Garlic, grated or minced
    1 can Canned Tomatoes (drained)
    0.25 Pesto Sauce
    8 ounce Ronzoni Garden Delight Penne Pasta
    0.25 cup Milk, to adjust how creamy

Tips

Add as little or as much milk as you need to get the creamy texture you desire. Recipe is calculated based on a quarter cup of whole milk because it is what I had on hand.


Directions

Boil pasta per instructions on box. While pasta is cooking, cut chicken into to small chunks and sautee in large frying pan on medium heat with garlic and seasonings. when chicken and pasta is done, drain pasta and add to skillet. Lower heat to medium-low, add drained tomatoes, cream cheese, and pesto. Stir until cream cheese is melted and ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
