Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The sodium is very high and not good for high blood pressure. Not a Heart Healthy recipe
I switched the cream cheese for fat free since I couldn't find fat free mozzarella, and just used less of the low fat mozzarella and used a little more chicken broth. It worked out well.
My daughter made this for dinner tonight, the whole family loved it. I'm just concerned that the calorie count may not be accurate. Seems like a huge portion for only 338 calories.
One day, I will read the comments before I begin making a recipe! It was only after I had cooked the chicken and added the broth that I realized I hadn't used the onions or butter. Added onions to the chicken/broth mix & didn't use the butter. Added salt, pepper, garlic powder.
This dish is great! I just added some fresh garlic and a little salt and pepper. Thanks for the recipe!
omg almost 1000mg of salt, this doesn't sound like a diet recipe to me, more for when you are maintaining
COUNT THE CALORIES!!!!!
It sounded WAY too good to be true ... and it was. This recipe, using Spark's calculator, is 592 calories per serving -- Yikes!!! That's a whole lot more than 338.
But I'm sure that taste-wise it's a definite FIVE STAR!!
I was going to make this recipe tonight for supper. Sounded sooo good. THen I looked at the nutrition info almost 1000 MG SODIUM!!!??? OH MY LORDY!!! I can't be making this....
This is GREAT! With the ingredients I had on hand, it came to 370 calories per serving. My husband LOVED it and even wanted to take another serving with him to work for lunch. I highly recommend this! :-)
This recipe is wonderful. It tastes like an alfredo dish but low fat!
