I switched the cream cheese for fat free since I couldn't find fat free mozzarella, and just used less of the low fat mozzarella and used a little more chicken broth. It worked out well. Submitted by:

One day, I will read the comments before I begin making a recipe! It was only after I had cooked the chicken and added the broth that I realized I hadn't used the onions or butter. Added onions to the chicken/broth mix & didn't use the butter. Added salt, pepper, garlic powder. Submitted by:

It sounded WAY too good to be true ... and it was. This recipe, using Spark's calculator, is 592 calories per serving -- Yikes!!! That's a whole lot more than 338.
But I'm sure that taste-wise it's a definite FIVE STAR!!
