Ingredients

8 oz Multi Grain pasta
8 oz skinless boneless chicken breast (cooked)
2 c. Steamed broccoli (I like the steamfresh 12 oz)
1 Tbsp plain breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/4 hot water
Directions
Makes 4 1-cup servings:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- spray a 9 x 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place pasta into 3 quarts boiling water and cook until firm (approx 9 mins).
- Bake chicken in separate baking dish and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until just cooked ( white).
- Steam broccoli either in microwave or over stove until firm.
- Place cooked pasta in a single layer on bottom of baking dish
- Shred cooked chicken and place onto top of pasta.
- Place steamed broccoli in layer on top of chicken.
- Spread Cream of Chicken in a layer over chicken and broccoli filling in gaps. Use a wooden spoon to fill in spaces.
- Pour water over entire mixture
- Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until water is evaporated and top turns golden.
- Remove from oven and mix together. Serve!
