Ingredients

Chicken breast 20 oz
spaghetti - 8 oz
olive oil -
mushrooms - 4 large - sliced
spinach - 2-3 cups fresh - finely sliced
sun dried tomato - 1/2 cup sliced
garlic - 3 cloves - finely chopped
spices - as you like
pepper
oregano
basil
chilli flakes
parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp
Directions
heat oil, add mushrooms, chilli flakes , garlic and sun dried tomatoes, saute 5 min till browned
add spinach, cook till it wilts, remove into a dish
in the same pan, add 2 cups milk and 5 wedges of laughing cow cheese , on medium flame stir continuously till all cheese melts and milk starts to boil. add salt and pepper
add the veggie mix
cook chicken in boiling water, remove and shred and add to veggie sauce, add spices
cook pasta in the same water. drain when almost done, add some of the pasta water to chicken and all the pasta,
stir and heat through . bring to boil once to thicken sauce
