Introduction
A creamy, buttery tasting, garlicky pasta, with hearty chunks of chicken, mushooms, garlic and onions, kissed with itallian herbs and spices. Ingredients

1 Boneless skinless chicken breast, chunked
1 cup short pasta, dry
1 cup Chopped button mushrooms
1 Small onion, Chopped
2 cloves garlic, Chopped
1 tsp butter or margarine
1 Tbsp herb and garlic cream cheese
1 tsp Itallian seasoning
Salt, to taste
Pepper, if desired.
Directions
Cut chicken breast into chunks
Add olive oil to skillet
While skillet(or wok) is heating, chop mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Put on pasta water to boil.
When oil is hot, (use medium heat)add chicken to pan.
Salt lightly.
Once chicken is fully cooked, add mushrooms, garlic and onions.
(boil your pasta)
While pasta is cooking, sautee chicken and mushroom mixture, half way through cooking (5 mins) add butter and itallian seasoning to skillet.
Once pasta is cooked fully, add approx 2 Tbsps
of hot pasta water to your skillet and stir.
Drain and add pasta to skillet and mix all well. Add cream cheese. Delicious and Healthy!!
Serve with favorite veggies or salad, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Makes 2 servings.
