Introduction
This is really great when you want a low fat, low cal pasta fix, sure you can use other ingredients if sidekicks aren't your game but it tastes great! Ingredients

I use the butter and herb sidekick and just put it in the microwave with 2 cups of milk usually 5 minutes
I don't add the butter and it has to be in a tall dish as it tends to boil over. Test to see if it's tender and cook until it is.
*To save time I keep a big bowl of cut up vegi's in the fridge and cut up and marinate chicken before I freeze it.
Directions
Peirce the chicken with a fork before you cut it up
I usually cut up and marinate the chicken add ing garlic and wine. This can be done before hand and left in the fridge for at least an hour.
while the sidekick is cooking chop up vegi's and stirfry. (except baby spinach) I use cooking spray (canola oil).
When the veg's are half cooked transfer to a bowl and stir fry the chicken until no longer pink. Add back in the vegi's + spinach stir fry 2 minutes then add side kick stirfry for 5 min. Makes 7 1/2 cup servings
