Ingredients

2 Pork Loin Chops - Boneless, Trimmed ( Farmer Johns)
5 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce (Stater Bros)
2 Tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce (Kikkoman)
    2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tbsp. Sweet Chili Sauce (Maggi)
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Makes 2 servings of 1 chop each (4oz)

Combine all ingredients in a zip loc bag or storage container and allow to marinate all day (several hours is sufficient but the longer the better, I do it a day in advance)

Coat glass baking dish with cooking spray and add chops, pour sauce over chops, cover with foil.

Bake at 325* for 45 minutes. Flip chops, bake at 250 for an additional 45 minutes.

Cooking temp and time may vary. I am at very high altitude (7k +) so I do things at a lower temp for longer. It also makes it very very tender cooked this way.

Accidently marinated the meat for 2 days. Cooked as directed and the meat melted in our mouths. Next time would make extra marinade to heat and put over rice. Served with brown rice, green beans and watermelon. Definitely a keeper. - 6/12/10

We weren't going to be home in time for me to cook this, so I opted to put everything in the crock pot and it was terrific! My husband absolutely raved about it. This one is a keeper! - 8/9/10

Used bone-in chops, and Worcestershire sauce, didn't have Teriyaki or low-sodium soy, so used regular. I also used Ro*Tel zesty tomato & green chili, mild sauce, and added some chili powder. Didn't have much marinating time, & cooking time was to long. Good though. Will try again. - 4/7/12

Tasty but beware of the cooking time. If you follow these instructions you are likely to overcook the pork and become dry and tough...Look elsewhere for cooking instructions and keep the marinade. - 11/6/11
