Ingredients

24 oz beef (sliced for stir-fry)
2 cup fresh or frozen broccoli
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup picante sauce
1 pkg dyr stir-fry mix (ex. sunbird mongolian beef stir-fry mix)
1.5 cup (uncooked) brown rice
Directions
Cook rice. In a large skillet, brown beef. When beef is cooked, add all other ingredients (except rice), simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over 1/2 cup brown rice.
