Very good. Marinade/glaze is also excellent on salmon fillets for grilling! - 5/17/10

This was really good. I also butterflied the tenderloin and stuffed it with mozzarella, chopped spinach and garlic. We cut up the leftovers, tossed it with some whole wheat penne, and the leftover glaze for another meal. Even my hubby loved this!! - 3/17/08

Awesome. I added a TBSP grated ginger. The recipe was just calling out for some ginger. Anyhow, everyone loved it! - 1/7/09
