Homemade Gourmet Cilnatro Lime Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Optional 2 avacados diced and/or 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheesecan be added.
Directions
1. Remove packet of beans from mix and put in a microwavable bowl with 1/3 cup of water. Microwave for 11/2 minutes on high; let sit for 2 to 5 minutes until tender; set aside.
2. Combine mix with chicken, olive oil, lime juice, bell pepper, tomatoes, corn, and tortilla chips. Add black beans after they become tender.

3. Stir together; cover and chill for 30 minutes.

4. Serve cold, with optional avocado and shredded mozzarella cheese.
