fresh cranberry beans/Mediterranean style

Ingredients
3 cups shelled fresh cranberry beans2 cups onion chopped2 cups tomato chopped(can be substitue with paste)5 gloves of garlic2tsp sugar (may use orange juice) 3 tbsp olive oil1 cup watersalt
Directions
Put everything in a pan, boil then simmer until the beans are tender, salt and sugar to taste.
(you may use pressured cooker)
Put in a serving plate with chopped parsley on top, serve in room temperature or cold.
Makes 4 serving
