Chile Chicken Patties with Cipotle Sauce on Sourdough

6 Tablespoons low-fat mayonnaies2 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish1 Tablespoon drained capers (chopped if you want)2 teaspoon chopped (fresh) dill1 Chipotle en adobe, minced1 Pound ground skinless lean chicken or turkey breast1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon salt4 Slices (about 3x4 inch each) Sourdough bread
To Make chipotle sauce, combine the mayonnaise, pickle relish, capers, dill and chipotle in a small bowl; mix well and set aside.
Combine chicken (or turkey), chili powder, oregano, and salt into a medium bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 3.5inch in diameter. Place the patties on the grill rack and grill for about 5-6minutes on each side (or cooked all the way through).
Place the bread slices on the grill rack and grill until lightly toasted. Place Chicken patties on top of bread along with 2 tablespoons sauce
