easy one dish mexican rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breast diced3 cups brown rice1/2 cup salsa1 can corntaco seasoning to taste
Directions
Cook diced chicken with taco seasoning until done
At the same time cook 3 cups brown minute rice. Once both are done, add chicken to rice pot along with corn and salsa. Add more or less salsa for desired consistancy/flavor. Serve! Each serving is appox. 1 cup
