* Mashed Potatoes, 1 cup (remove) * Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove) * *Green Chiles (Whole), 1 oz (remove) * *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove) * Sunflower Oil, 8 1tsp (remove)
boil potaoes and peel and mash them.Add rest of ingradients except wheat flour and mix well.Keep aside.
Make dough from wheat flour.keep for 30 mins covered.
Now make 8 balls from this dough.make flat with the help of roller pin upto 4 cm diameter.fill in the centre with 1 tsp of above potato mixture and close from all sides..roll it and make a size 6-7 cm diameter flat circular shape.place it on a nonstick pan and cook with 1/2 tsp oilon each side for 5 mins each...serve with yoghurt..
