1/2 cup ground oatmeal1/3 cup water1 tbsp. brown sugar Splenda1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 tsp. maple extract1 tbsp. ground flax seed2 egg whites*Combine all ingredients in a blender/food processor and mix*Mixture will be very thin*Pour into a heated 6" inch skillet (medium heat)*Brown on both sides****Eat 1/2 the recipe, add 1 oz. protein
